In one morning, the program offered the participants an interesting mix of presentations on the innovations of DRS Superdata and by external speakers, customers and partners. Lars Hofacker from the EHI Retail Institute presented trends in connected retail and provided an overview of innovative business models and delivery concepts. Stefan Lenz from Fujitsu reported how the use of IoT and Big Data can leverage efficiency potential in a branch. And our customer Konsum Leipzig gave insights into the food delivery service from the perspective of a medium-sized retailer.
The response to the event was great and the positive feedback from the participants showed that the virtual format was a successful replacement for a face-to-face event.
“We are pleased that our event received consistently positive feedback from the participants. The planning for the upcoming in-house exhibition in March is already underway and will also take place virtually. In addition, we will start a regular web series on our products from the end of January”, reports Uli Schäfer, member of the management board of DRS AG.
If you are interested in the next in-house exhibition or the web series, please register for our newsletter – we will announce the next dates there in good time.
