EuroCIS 2022 – a complete success in presence

After a two-year break, EuroCIS took place again in presence. This gave DRS the opportunity to present its innovations in Düsseldorf and cultivate personal contacts.

The mood at the fair was consistently positive and characterised by optimism. More than 9,000 visitors gained an overview of current trends and solutions. The focus of this year’s EuroCIS was on innovations around payment, checkout solutions, connected retail, artificial intelligence and cashierless stores.

The last two years have seen a significant digitalisation push in stationary retail. Against this backdrop, we were able to inspire with our portfolio around the shop. Our drs//POS checkout solution can be used flexibly in a wide variety of checkout scenarios: as a stationary checkout, as a self-checkout or queue-breaker checkout. With the extension for the digital receipt, shopping becomes environmentally conscious and digital – without an extra app for the end customer. The mobile applications drs//DELY digitalise the processes in the delivery service and are fully integrated with the merchandise management system drs//STORE.

The DRS AG team is already looking forward to the upcoming EuroShop from 26 February to 2 March 2023!
