In order to be able to handle the complex delivery process efficiently and almost error-free digitally with the business partners, the complete process was screened and digitalised.
Our solution for the delivery service drs//DELY creates transparency across the entire delivery process with close management of the delivery drivers. The cash register solution drs//POS supports wholesale-specific processes as well as correct inventory management through easy integration with the delivery business. Currently, four productive tills are in use in the C&C store, another one is planned from the end of May. The introduction of the tills took place within one day – the employees were able to handle the till quickly thanks to the intuitive operation.
In addition, drs//LOY is to be used in the store to support and expand customer loyalty.
